KG.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Based in Kronberg, the company has been a reliable partner to German industry for over three decades. The transaction is in line with the growth strategy of CAL&amp;F and will enable the company to significantly accelerate its expansion in the dynamic German leasing market.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">As part of the integration, Martin Stange, currently Deputy Branch Manager of CAL&amp;F Germany and responsible for the leasing business, and Andreas Werner, previously CEO of Merca Leasing, will jointly take over the management of the company.
