Available from the end of October 2026, it combines a digital-first approach with accessible human support and the expertise of a leading European banking group.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Cr\u00e9dit Agricole is continuing its development in Germany with the launch of Cr\u00e9dit Agricole Deutschland, a new universal bank designed with a digital-first approach for retail customers. Available from the end of October 2026, it will offer savings solutions alongside everyday banking services from launch.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Building on more than 70 years of presence in Germany through its different business lines, Cr\u00e9dit Agricole already serves one million customers in the country. Cr\u00e9dit Agricole Deutschland will build on this established local presence and its understanding of the market to offer a fully digital customer journey enhanced with artificial intelligence, while ensuring access to human support.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Ahead of the launch, customers can already discover Cr\u00e9dit Agricole Deutschland and join the waitlist at <a href=\"http:\/\/www.credit-agricole.de\" aria-label=\"www.credit-agricole.de\">www.credit-agricole.de<\/a>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">A comprehensive offer for everyday banking needs<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">From launch, Cr\u00e9dit Agricole Deutschland will offer retail customers in Germany an initial range of banking products and services, combining everyday banking with savings solutions:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">\u00b7 a current account with a German IBAN;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">\u00b7 a Visa card providing access to 49,000 ATMs in Germany and Visa ATMs worldwide*;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">\u00b7 savings solutions, including Tagesgeld and Festgeld deposits;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">\u00b7 a mobile app for onboarding, account management and product subscription;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">\u00b7 access to customer support by phone from Monday to Saturday, 8:00 a.m. to 8:00 p.m., as well as by email and live chat.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Account opening and product subscriptions will be carried out directly through the mobile application, providing customers with a seamless, intuitive and largely self-directed experience.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">An offer set to expand from 2027<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Cr\u00e9dit Agricole Deutschland will progressively expand its offering to address more of its customers\u2019 financial needs and evolve the experience in response to customer needs and feedback.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">From 2027, the bank plans to add wealth-building solutions, credit products, enhanced advisory services and premium packages.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The digital experience will also continue to evolve with additional self-service features and support for mobile wallets such as Apple Pay and Google Pay. Artificial intelligence will be progressively deployed to streamline customer journeys, enhance service efficiency and, over time, deliver increasingly personalised support.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Over time, German customers will gain access to a broader range of Cr\u00e9dit Agricole Group solutions, particularly in savings, personal financing and insurance, with the ambition of making Cr\u00e9dit Agricole Deutschland their primary bank.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">\u201cGerman customers expect banking to be straightforward, transparent and secure, without having to choose between digital convenience and reliable human support,\u201d says Amir Djourabtchi, CEO of Cr\u00e9dit Agricole Deutschland.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">\u201cThink Big for Your Money\u201d: a digital bank backed by the strength of a leading banking group<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Under the promise \u201cThink Big for Your Money\u201d, Cr\u00e9dit Agricole Deutschland aims to bring together the best of both worlds: the simplicity, agility and user experience expected from a next-generation digital bank, combined with accessible human support whenever customers need it. This model is backed by the financial strength, specialist capabilities and innovation power of Cr\u00e9dit Agricole, one of Europe\u2019s leading banking groups.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">While its model is digital-first, Cr\u00e9dit Agricole Deutschland will also benefit from a physical presence through 20 branches across Germany\u2019s main cities, building on Creditplus\u2019 existing network.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">From day one, locations in Berlin, Stuttgart, Frankfurt and Munich will welcome visitors in dedicated spaces designed to showcase the bank\u2019s offering and digital services. The remaining branches will serve as information and guidance hubs, while account opening and product subscriptions will be carried out directly through the mobile application.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Germany at the heart of Cr\u00e9dit Agricole\u2019s European ambitions<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The launch of Cr\u00e9dit Agricole Deutschland marks a new milestone in the ACT 2028 medium-term plan, which aims to accelerate the Group\u2019s growth, expand its reach in Europe and deploy its universal banking model in markets where it already has strong foundations.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">As Europe\u2019s largest economy and one of the continent\u2019s largest savings markets, Germany is a priority market for the Group. Present in the country for more than 70 years through a broad range of activities serving retail, corporate and institutional customers, Cr\u00e9dit Agricole now aims to strengthen synergies between its businesses and progressively broaden its offering.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Following the launch of Cr\u00e9dit Agricole Savings in April 2026, Cr\u00e9dit Agricole Deutschland completes this ecosystem by adding everyday banking services.
