F. Porsche AG mastered the IPO on the Frankfurt Stock Exchange and placed almost 113.9 million preferred shares. A significant step that secures more entrepreneurial freedom for Porsche and sets it up solidly for the challenges of the future.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Cr\u00e9dit Agricole CIB accompanied this IPO as co-lead manager and was thus part of a group of international banks mandated with the transaction surrounding the IPO.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">In addition to the activities surrounding the IPO, Cr\u00e9dit Agricole CIB also supported Porsche Automobil Holding SE in financing the purchase of 25% and one share of Porsche AG ordinary shares. This syndicated loan has a total volume of 8.9 billion euros, of which 7.9 billion euros will be used to finance the share purchase. A further one billion euro will serve the company as a revolving credit facility for the coming years.
