VIE - Junior Outsourcing Management Officer H/F

The VIE will support the management of outsourcing activities within the entity, ensuring compliance with Group policies and regulatory requirements.

• Support that Outsourcing governance are applied throughout the entity
• Support the management of outsourcing arrangements across the Outsourcing full lifecycle (from risk assessment and contracting to monitoring and exit of Outsourcing arrangements)
• Contribute to the identification and monitoring of outsourcing risks, including critical services
• Maintain and improve data quality and completeness in the outsourcing register and DORA information register
• Support preparation of governance committees, reporting and audit documentation
• Assist on reports on first level controls and follow-up actions
• Coordinate with internal stakeholders (business lines, risk, compliance, procurement)
• Monitor remediation activities
• Contribute to regulatory topics such as outsourcing reporting and IMAS notifications
