Crédit Agricole Leasing & Factoring acquires all shares in Merca Leasing GmbH and thus continues its growth course in Germany.

“The merger of Crédit Agricole Leasing in Germany and Merca Leasing will be beneficial for all parties. Customers will benefit from additional services, we will continue our growth strategy in the German market and Merca will be able to take a further step in its development,” explains Martin Stange (General Manager Leasing, Crédit Agricole Leasing & Factoring Germany).

Merca Leasing has been supporting German industry for more than three decades and specializes in tailor-made leasing solutions for small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs). The German company is one of the ten largest independent leasing companies in Germany.
