On September 1, Eurofactor GmbH was merged with Crédit Agricole Leasing German Branch, which was founded in 2021, and is now a branch of its parent company Crédit Agricole Leasing & Factoring S.A., Paris (CAL&F S.A.). Eurofactor and CA Leasing operate together under the name Crédit Agricole Leasing & Factoring S.A. – German Branch.
Leasing and factoring from a single source
The unit offers leasing and factoring from a single source, thereby significantly expanding its product portfolio for corporate financing in Germany. Both types of financing are now an integral part of the financing mix of medium-sized and large companies and have experienced a continuous upswing, as their off-balance advantages are appreciated and they can be used very flexibly.
The Crédit Agricole Leasing & Factoring Group is thus strengthening its offering in Germany, leveraging internal synergies through the merger and further expanding its business in all corporate segments, from small and medium-sized enterprises to listed companies.
